As for ebay sellers, I don’t really have favorites.  I usually just search for my item, sort the list from lowest to highest, and scroll through to see if they have the item I’m interested in. 

After clicking the ones that look good, I look at the seller’s rating. (I usually buy from the one’s that have a 90-100% positive feedback.) I’ve been fortunate enough to not have a bad experience with any of the purchases I’ve made from random ebay sellers, but it is the internet and you have to be careful with everything.

But if you do come across a bad transaction on ebay, just try emailing them to fix the problem.  If a problem still persist, you can try emailing ebay itself or give them a negative feedback.  Ebay-ers are built on the positive/negative feedbacks they receive.  Giving a negative feedback to an ebay-er is the equivalent of blacklisting them on their own account.

For online shops, you can try the basics like:

- Forever 21

- Charlotte Russe

- Wet Seal

For an Asian-based website, you can try Wholesale-Dress.net (although shipping is what makes up for the low prices.  Usually when you are buying things from overseas, the shipping depends on the weight of the package so it can vary from $10 to $25 :/)

But I personally like to buy things from local thrift stores and ebay lol
