1,213 notes Posted on May/12/2012  Accidentally subscribe to magazine online without paying. well ok, if you insist… It’s 10:05 PM and I have until tonight to finish this research paper! WHOO! LES GET IT! LES GO! OMG I WONN!N!!!! RI#JKGJSDIGKDFJK!!!!
GHFDJNVFOUEHSJDKV YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I won a $750 award for writing a short story and 2 poems! HGFHDSNBFDUSBJDS!!! The lady who was the judge said, “Thuy‐Linh Nguyen put the creative in creative writing. The risk‐taking was worth it. “The Rain’s Purpose” starts out like a sci‐fi piece (which threw me a bit) but the observations of the room, the patient and visitors were very detailed. The voice didn’t waver nor did the point of view. And there was some lovely philosophy about what the raindrops were thinking when they hit the glass. A very good effort. Similarly, “How to Cook Ramyun” rhymed in just the way a poem so simple and brief should. I liked the humility in “The Definition of Art” ‐‐ and maybe the quirkiness.” HOHOHOHEHEHEHAHAHAHUHUHU!!!!! AWWWWW YEAAA!!!! That first story didn’t even have a good ending! XD Woah!
It’s 1:30AM and I’m not even sleepy! Time to cram all of this biology into my head for tomorrow’s dreaded lab quiz and exam! Let’s do this. “Oh I’m not that sleepy, yet! Might as well be somewhat productive and study some biology!” *Reads a sentence. Falls asleep. Wakes up to a sleepy computer.* So much for being “productive.” =_= |
